Andrea Walker who has been the Van Oil Pageant director for 5 years,
announced her retirement and introduced the new director to the public....Miss Julie Lightfoot.
Mrs. Walker and her family has been involved with the Oil Festival since 1999 and wants to thank the numerous contestants, parents & families for making it an amazing journey.
